You can reserve tables from 1 to 4 diners directly via our online booking system.
For all tables of 5 or more guests you can either contact our team on 0191 2303720 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our Reservation lines are open from 10am until 6pm Tuesday to Saturday.
All reservations will receive a conformation email along with a booking reference number. If you do not receive a conformation email, please check your junk mail before contacting us.
Please inform us of any dietary or allergy requirements at the time of your reservation or 24 hours’ notice prior to your booking date. This will help us ensure that we can create the best possible menu to accommodate your needs.
Whilst we can cater for most dietary & allergy requirements, unfortunately due to the extensive length & the amount of components to the menu we are unable to offer a menu suitable for some very restricted diets. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please inform us when making a reservation if you or any member of your party will require wheelchair access.
Due to the nature of the building we cannot accommodate wheelchair access onto the main restaurant floor.
We can accommodate wheelchair access on the ground floor should you require.
Disabled toilets are available on the ground floor.
December Opening Times 2017
House of Tides will be opening for both Lunch & Dinner from Monday 4th December until Saturday 23rd December.
We will then be closed for annual holiday from December 25th – January 9th.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
By making a reservation at House of Tides you agree to our reservation & cancellation terms.
All reservations require credit or debit card details to secure your booking. No charges will be made to your card unless the reservation is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice of your booking.
If there are any cancellations or amendments outside of these timescales House of Tides reserve the right to implement a cancellation fee charged of £60.00 per person for dinner and £50.00 per person for lunch.
All cancellations must be made via email only, quoting your booking reference code.
